On behalf of the millions of Americans with diabetes and their families and friends, we are counting on you to help our team make a difference! The funds we raise will support the American Diabetes Association’s important research, information and advocacy efforts and its mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

Whether you're a recreational rider or an avid cyclist, Tour de Cure offers a great experience for everyone. All routes feature rest stops complete with restrooms, sports drinks, water, an assortment of fruits and snacks, and safety personnel every 10 - 15 miles. Whatever route you choose, Tour de Cure promises to be filled with fun challenges and excitement!

  • 100-mile route (century): Accomplished cyclists will tackle hills and enjoy open stretches as they pass through four beautiful counties in Central Ohio. This route includes 4 full service rest stops including a lunch stop.
  • 60-mile route: This route travels through three scenic counties and contains rolling hills, as well as flat roads. Intermediate riders will enjoy passing through the beautiful countryside and small towns contained on this route.
  • 30-mile route: Recreational or intermediate riders will appreciate this route that passes through the picturesque villages of Galena and Sunbury.
  • Family Fun Ride (12 miles): Families and recreational riders alike will enjoy this child-friendly route that is closed to road traffic. Cyclists can ride at their own pace and will follow bike paths.
